👕 How to Measure Your Body for Clothing

Use a soft measuring tape and follow these tips for accurate results. Make sure you’re wearing light or fitted clothing while measuring.

📐 T-Shirt & Button Down Shirt

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits, with the tape flat and snug (not tight).
  • Shoulders: Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across your back.
  • Sleeve Length: From the edge of your shoulder to the wrist.
  • Shirt Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder (near the neck) to the desired hemline.

🧥 Hoodie & Jacket

  • Chest: Same as above.
  • Sleeve Length: From the center back of your neck to your wrist (with slightly bent elbow).
  • Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (above hips and below ribcage).
  • Jacket Length: From the base of the neck to the bottom hem.

👖 Pants

  • Waist: Wrap the tape around your natural waist, not too tight.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  • Inseam: From the crotch down to the bottom of your ankle.
  • Outseam: From the waist down to the ankle.

  • Shoulder width: The Distance between the shoulder lines on both sides
  • Bust width: Horizontal distance between under arms on both sides.
  • Clothing length: Distance from shoulder to hem.

Due to different measurement method, an error of 1- 3cm is within the normal range. Everyone has different dressing styles and preferences and the recommended size is for reference only!
